What's included with your training:
- Between 1 & 3 face to face training sessions per week, each session lasting 50-60 minutes
- A varied and progressive training programme tailored to your goals
- FREE access to all group fitness classes at Copmanthorpe Sports & Recreation Centre for both people
- Nutritional advice and guidance where appropriate
- Support with nutritional tracking where appropriate
- Support by e-mail, text or phone outside of your session time
- Online session booking giving you the ability to choose your own time slots each week
